Cameo Kids is creating some new and fun vintage fashion couture for that vintage baby look. The first in a long while with more to come, this darling cotton baby onesie was altered to give it an old vintage look by using an organic tea stain process and lots of vintage embellishments. For embellishments we used a vintage hand crocheted lace doily on the front also tea stained. The lace ruffle on the back is from a vintage hand crocheted lace tablecloth, and the stripe of fabric on the back above the ruffle is vintage feed sack fabric, both dipped in the tea also. An authentic vintage image of three sweet little girls was transferred on to a piece of cotton fabric, and then sewn on to the front over the lace doily. We hand sewed securely some vintage buttons on the front and the sides to give it more character and added two black satin ribbon bows, one on the back side and one on the front also sewn on securely. The ribbon bow on the front was embellished with a rose colored satin ribbon rose in its center for some pop accent. On the back side of the onesie we stamped the words "Vintage Baby" using permanent black fabric paints. It’s absolutely adorable! If you love the look of vintage and the tea stain look, you will love this for your baby. It’s much more adorable and sweeter than the photos show. It really is just the cutest thing!
