This darling pillowcase is beautifully hand embroidered with two of the cutest little bluebirds perched on a lovely floral vine looking to be quite chatty. The colors of blue, pink, lavender, and green are quite stunning together. There is a little bit of black for their eyes, beaks, and feet. I just love how sweet this one is!
The hemline of this little sweetie has been finished with a very pretty hand crocheted lace hemline on a scalloped edge.
This will tie at the shoulders with satin ribbons, with your choice of these colors, white, lavender, pink or blue, to match the colors in the embroidery.
(You also have the option of having this case made into the halter style pillowcase dress, or our peasant style pillowcase dress with chenille sleeves and, with or without matching chenille pantaloons. Measure your child from the shoulder to where you want the hem to lie for your childs dress size length. If your measured length falls within the length of this case, we can create a beautiful dress for your little girl. Length determines the size.
After your purchase of this case, we will contact you by email or phone for your color choices and measurements, and we'll create and ship this out to you within 2 - 3 days after purchase depending on existing orders. If you have a need by date, please let us know.
With your purchase of this case/dress, your child will also receive a gift card to her from you, and a card with the history of pillowcase dresses, all to be packed away with the dress for the next generation creating a new story for the dress as an heirloom.
These dresses were originally worn at tea length (middle of leg calf), but any length is adorable. If purchasing our capri length pantaloons, knee length or just below the knee is best.
A "grow with me dress" they are so versatile that they can be worn for 2 - 3 years. Once a dress, it can also be worn for a top as the child becomes taller. Wear with leggins, jeans, pantaloons, shorts, or even skirts, etc.
When she out grows the dress, pack it away for an heirloom to be passed down from generation to generation. They seem to never go out of style!
